Legislative instrument due to sunset 1 October 2018 - Private Health Insurance
The Private Health Insurance (Prostheses Application and Listing Fee) Rules 2008 (No. 1) is due to sunset on 1 October 2018. These Rules cover the existing Prostheses List Application and Listing fees and imposition dates which can be viewed at Private Health Insurance (Prostheses Application and Listing Fee) Rules 2008 (No. 1).
