Introduction
The MTAA Women in Leadership Mentoring Program is a Women in MedTech committee initiative. The program is aimed at facilitating mentoring relationships so that experienced mentors can share advice and knowledge with female mentees within the MedTech industry to assist in their career development. The goal is to assist individuals in their career progression into management and senior management positions within the MedTech industry. These relationships should develop into mutually beneficial professional connections.
The program began in FY20. MTAA surveys of the participants consistently show high satisfaction levels, reaffirming the program’s positive impact on their professional and personal growth. The program enables links to be established between a mentor and mentee.
The program is available to employees of MTAA member companies and associate member companies.
The program runs from September 2023 to August 2024.
