On 29th March 2018, the TGA opened the consultation: Draft Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code 2018 and associated guidelines which builds on a previous consultation in 2017 and proposes a revised Therapeutic Goods Advertising Code (the Code) and associated guidelines (the Guidance).
